 Prior to working on Ace Hawkins and the Wrath of Santa Claus, before Christmas became completely twisted, Bret Jordan drew bow-toting elves, axe-slinging dwarves, and flesh-eating zombies for a wide range of clients in the role-playing game and small press horror industries. He had to use the Internet for the cold North Pole weather references, due to the fact that he lives in Southeast Texas, where hurricanes are far more likely than snow. He has yet to show his four children his latest works of Christmas, for fear that they will dread its arrival. His wife just thinks he’s crazy.
