Kiva is an international nonprofit that tackles this inequality. By connecting people through crowdfunded loans, Kiva puts the power of financial inclusion in all our hands. And CGP has a team, which you are welcome to join.
Just to be clear, Kiva is a lending organization, and while you are encouraged to donate to help facilitate, it’s not required. The real win is seeing some scratch go out into the world, helping people who don’t have access to business loans from the normal channels. And seeing how that money is repaid as these businesses thrive. And then relending it, and so on and so on.
